Sourcing Survey - test

Welcome to our 'Test if you are ready' Sourcing Survey page.

During your sourcing, unnecessary delays (i.e. your products are ready but you forget about your packaging design details and you are trying to find designers when the supplier is requesting the design file) can lead to frustration or unusual/compromised solutions that can negatively affect the end result.

Please fill out the form, include all the information you have in hand. If some questions don't apply just enter N/A so is easy to see which information is still missing. We set up the form in a way that you can share afterward with an agent or anybody to help to understand your project easily and can assist you and work with you to get your sourcing project done efficiently. In the end, you will be able to see if you thought through all the parts of your sourcing project already or if there are still gaps that you need to be aware of and take care so there are no delays when you are in the middle of your sourcing project.

Important!

After you fill out and click the 'Send' button at the end, the results will be emailed back to you. Nobody else (including us) will receive the results - this is just for you so we can't retrieve any information later on if you lose the email you receive.

We hope that this tool will help you to be more prepared for your sourcing. If you have any comments or suggestions about how we can improve this tool, please let us know here.

Note: If you would like to submit your answers to this survey to us, plese fill out this survey.

Suppliers - Ordering

How do you want to search for suppliers?

What kind of samples to get?

First sample. This is a sample the supplier has on stock. This, of course, doesn’t need to be the exact match of your customized product. This is only to see the quality the supplier can produce.

Custom sample. This is made after the customization (and before the mass production) and this sample will reflect your product as it should be in the final stage.

Production sample. This sample made at the beginning of the mass production to ensure the factory is building it the way you want.

Shipping sample. This is the last sample after the mass production. Basically, this is your final product and makes sure the product is exactly as expected before shipping.

Who will and how to ship the samples?

Production

How the bundling and packaging will be conducted?

Pictures! Who will take care of them?

Inspection - Certs - Shipping

What kind of inspection is needed?

How to ship the products?

We hope these questions will help you to think over the different areas of your product sourcing. If you already have the information and/or know how to obtain them - you are ready to start.

IMPORTANT! By clicking on the Send button below you (only you) will receive an email with the data you filled out. We will not keep and can't retrieve the information you provided above.
